Genera xml e invia via mail non funziona

Salve, ho un file pdf ( per i lavoratori intermittenti) che devo compilare e poi inviare via mail. Una voltato in basso è presente il tasto generi xml e invia via mail, il quale mi dovrebbe salvare un messaggio in bozza della mail cosi da poterlo mandare. Fino a poco tempo fa funzionava, ma da un mesetto a questa parte se premo su generi xml e invia via mail non fa nulla, alcune volte apre il browser ma non fa nulla. Come posso risolvere?

    Hi, I have a pdf file (for intermittent workers) that I have to fill in and then send by email. Once turned down there is the button generate xml and send by mail, which should save me a message in draft of the mail so that I can send it. Until recently it worked, but for about a month now if I click on xml generates and send via email it does nothing, sometimes it opens the browser but does nothing. How can I solve?
