Extensionless every URL to be served on Dispatcher

Hi Team,

                 I have requirement  to create rewrite Rule  for  redirection .

if any author add link in one of the component.

like RTE component author /content/en/test.html

it is display on author as expected but in dispatcher it should be displayed like   https://domain/test

how can we achieve using rewrite rule.
