Error when creating aem project using maven archetype 25

I m trying to create aem project using maven archetype 25 . But below error is coming -

run time exception - Error grabbing grapes:org.codehaus.groovy#groovy-all 2.4.8 not found.
I downloaded groovy2.4.8 jar version and manually placed it inside repository . It didnt work .

Let me know if any solution .
