Error Exporting AEM6.5 Experience Fragments to Adobe Target

Hi

 

I'm trying to Export AEM 6.5 Experience Fragments to Adobe Target and I followed the procedure outlined here https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/administering/integration/experience-fragments-target.html , I integrated using Adobe IO. when I click on the Export Experience Fragment, It shows me a success message but the Exp fragment is not really exported and not reflected in Target,

 

 I'm seeing the below error in the logs,

I created target Cloud Configuration using IMS Target Integration, but this error is popping up, Any ideas or help is appreciated
