EPS file is not generating the thumbnail even after installed the image magic

Hi all, 

 

EPS file is not generating the thumbnail even after installed the image magic. When we upload the asset getting the below. Please suggest if you facing the issue earlier.

I see some spacing in the asset name. Are there any special characters in the asset name? This might be causing the issue. Try removing it and verify again.

 

Also, did you try to follow the steps from this guide?

Note: The support for EPS files applies to raster images only. For example, thumbnail generation for EPS vector images is not supported by default.

I see some spacing in the asset name. Are there any special characters in the asset name? This might be causing the issue. Try removing it and verify again.
