Environment Level Configs for Bulk importer via code

Hi All,
 
As a part of bulk asset ingestion from different source to AEM, used bulk importer tool its working as expected in local.How can we go to setup Environment Level (dev,stage and prod) Configs for Bulk importer via code.Thanks in Advance.
