Emulator on the page is not working.

Hi All,

 While testing in QA author instance, the emulator on the page is not working. Whichever mode of emulator is chosen it is rendering the default page itself. 
If anyone have idea on this issue, solving on this will be a great help.

@khasinaparveen  Which version of AEM are you using? Which browser and version? What happens on your Dev environment- does the issue persist?

    I am using AEM 6.5 in chrome. On Dev environment everything is fine.
