Embed image plugin to a text component

Hi Guys,

We are using AEM 5.6.1. I have tried to create a rich text editor using the RTE plugins. I have added image plugin with Features with value  "*".

I have able to drag the image from the content finder or even the content on that page. I need to add image from my local drive. I know i can do this using image component but is it possible to do using rich Text component?

Out of the box support basic image support & no configurable option. Need custom implementation.
