Email Submit Button not work at AEM Form Designer 6.2

I create a PDF form at AEM Form Designer 6.2.  At the end, I was trying to add a Email submit button into form, I added email address,  Email subject and set the Submit as PDF file and also, Presence as Visible at its object setting.  However, when I tested the form at preview PDF. and clicked the Email Submit Button.  It ran a while but shown nothing.  Then I tested at the form itself.  it still shown nothing. It should show a email sending choice, the outlook email should be included.  It should be a very easy process. What is wrong?
