Dynamic Media component viewer modifier vtt on rollout

When we author vtt file as viewer modifier in English site, when rolled out to Spanish site the vtt file url is not modified to appropriate Spanish vtt file. 

 

Standard rollout configs doesn't change the vtt path in the viewer modifiers, Is it the expected behavior or do we have anyway to rewrite these caption files?

@trisandhyanagam according to me it's expected as at rollout time, AEM cannot know if its a AEM url and need to rewrite, so either use Custom rollout config or overlay OOTB DM component and while generating url, add locale dynamically.
