Duplicate Apache response headers

Hello All, 

We have noticed on several of our websites the response headers are duplicated:

Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
Date: Mon, 10 Feb 2020 14:17:19 GMT
Server: Apache/2.4.6
Strict-Transport-Security: max-age=63072000; includeSubdomains;
Transfer-Encoding: chunked
Via: 1.1 ourinstancewebsite.com
X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff
X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff
X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN
X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN

I don't see anything wrong in the dispatcher file and replication agent for these websites. 

Any idea whats wrong and how to resolve it?
