Downloadable Developer's Version of AEM
Is there an way where we can grab a downloadable developer's version of AEM suite? If not, what are the alternatives?

There is no free developer's version of AEM. You need to buy AEM licenses from Adobe to get the developer's license. You can contact their sales team if you have not got one.
