Does AEM services supports dockertization and kubernetis

I am from CDK Globlal. We are using AEM services through aem-quick-start.jar

 

<dependency>
    <groupId>com.adobe.aem</groupId>
    <artifactId>aem-api</artifactId>
</dependency>

- Just want to understand, can we dockerize this jar? so that we can deploy these services in kubernetis.

I think technically you can do it, but I don't know if you should do it due to licensing terms. Maybe check with Adobe directly, I would love to know what you hear from them.
