Dispatcher response header caching | Last-Modified

Hi,

I have enabled response header caching in dispatcher. All the other headers which are cached seems to be working fine except 'Last-Modified'.

What i found out was first the dispatcher adds headers, and afterwards the apache module takes effect and replaces 'Last-Modified' header with when the file was created/cached in dispatcher.

Is there any other solution fix this?
