Dispatcher redirect failing due to single quote

Hi All,

 

The redirects are being managed via ACS Commons redirect manager.

However for a few french files having single quote in the name , the redirect seems to be failing due to a %27 coming up in the url . Is there a way to escape the %27 in the url?

@binoyp73053411 Can you let us know where the %27 value in configured ? Source URL or Destination URL ?

Also can you share the redirect rule how you have configured ?

You can try to add "NE" flag in your redirectmap configuration in the dispatcher file.

Using the [NE] flag prevents the special characters will be converted to their hexcode equivalent.

    It is in the source url @raja-karuppsamy . We do not have any difficulties if it comes up in the destination url. This occurs only if the source url has the accented french characters or %27
