dispatcher message - too many links

I see my dispatcher.log being filled by a message

Unable to create parent directory <here_goes_my_doc_root>/content/abc/en/part/1120431/0046: Too many links

I didn't get a single clue where this error is pointing to.

Is that user has sufficient permissions to invalidate cache and also you can try creating a test folder in cache dir with that user.
