Disabling custom metada for locked asset

Hi All,

We have extended DAM asset editor and added a number of extra metadata other than the default ones.

We also enabled lock/unlock feature for assets.

When we lock the asset and another user other than the owner opens the asset in asset editor the OOTB metadata fields are disabled/non-editable.

However, the custom metadata filed are not disabled.We can enter some text in these fields.

Though the "Save" button is disabled in this case , the user can not really add some value in these fields. But it is a UI bug for us.

Can you please suggest how to make custom fields disabled too ?
