development of a responsive video component(Using Sightly), where video player and assets will be maintained by third party

Hi,Can anybody help me with  giving any steps to build a responsive video component (Using Sightly)Here the Video player  and Assets will maintained by third party. So, how I can I proceed on this.?Thanks.

You can use/extend the out of the box dynamic video component which is responsive
