Determining publication status. colours in classic UI

I have been asked if we can have the same colours showing in Touch UI as classic UI when viewing what has been published or modified etc.  Its blue for modified green for publish and red for deactivated - however will we ever be getting the colours in touch?

You can follow a similar approach as in (1) to do this on project level.

WHen publishing pages via the Touch UI, there are no colors.

However - if you prefer color codes, you can still use Classic UI to pub pages.
