What is the best option to take the data backup when the size is very high ? Also is there any option of having incremental backup ?

Hi,

nope, you can only backup the complete repository. The repo itself does not write any transaction log like a database does, but you can do online backup from a repo and then let your backup program create an incremental backup from that backup image.

Hi,

do you mean regular system backup of the complete application including the repository? That depends a lot on your AEM version and the type of persistence you choose. See [1] for the offical documentation.
