Customizing the AEM inbox filters

We're using AEM 6.5.12 and trying to customise the filters in Inbox.

Even if I'm able to change/add new filter predicates, it seems the underlying query doesn't honour those custom predicates.

Please suggest.

Hope you are adding predicates to correct Search Form. In this case, Inbox Search Rail.

Please look into below link:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/configuring-and-extending/manage-search-forms/configure-inbox-search-rail.html?lang=en

If you are following the steps above, please add a screen shot of customized search form.

@anuragsenguptaacn approach looks fine, but it looks like managed service instance, can you try the same thing in local?

Ensure that you are a member of the workflow-administrators group to configure search filters for Inbox.
