Custom Content Fragment Template Generated is not allowing to create a content Fragment in AEM 6.3

Hi Team,

Have created a General Purpose not a project specific Custom Content Fragment Template from the Simple Fragment Template in apps-> setting->dam folder :

But when i am using this template to create a content Fragment its displaying message :

Have created a separate folder to manage my content Fragments

Can you please guide me what's the error is there any problem in setting up of the properties while creating the template ?
