CSS issue with Column controll component

Hi,

I have a problem CSS problem with column control component of AEM 5.6.1. The Editrollover is not fixed and it is going to the top of the page.The width is not set properly. Sometimes it is loading properly. Though , this issue is occasional , I am not sure why the css of the Columns component is distrubbed. And also the edit bar is also going to the top of the page. The CSS for editrollover is being added in EditRollover.js by using javascript functions. I am not sure why the css is being disturbbed. Unable to attach screenshot.

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

In a brand new instance(having no code from your project), is this issue replicable.? If not, then there is some css clash.
