Create custome contexthub store

I am unable to create a custom module and store, I have gone through the limited list of documentations online, but those doesn't help much. Can you please provide any link which had step by step details?

But what is the issue you stuck on proceeding with online documentation?

    The first link has a similar implementation to that of profile (OOTB) and I was looking for something simpler.

    The second option only creates a store but no module out of the store.
