Is there any solution to have localized urls in CQ5 ?

Possibly without using vanity urls ?

perhaps some centralized UI for doing this...

I know that article. I thought that maybe AEM/CQ has an UI that allows me to localize the urls ...... All the urls in my site localized from one UI . I'm not sure also whether or not the analytics I have on that page will still work after I use a vanity url.

Is there a possibility that you can explain a bit more what you are trying to do?
The option, not using vanity urls, I guess is to make use of Sling Mappings engine.
There is a nice article about that one here: http://www.cognifide.com/blogs/cq/multidomain-cq-mappings-and-apache-configuration/
I hope that will help you.
