With Scene7 one of the main things you can do is change images on the fly:

    Scene7 can generate on-the-fly images on landing pages, such as
    “Welcome to California!” if the system detects that state as the user’s location. Scene7
    is an enterprise platform for working with digital media files in the cloud.
