How can I prevent that the CQ5 DAM image folder creates after 15 images another page within the folder? Result is e.g. the folder has 2 pages -- page one has 15 images and page two 6 image. I would like to have all images only on one page!

Could you please elobotrate more.  Are you reffering to out of the box functionality?
