Context Hub doesn't work when compoenent is targeted with Adobe Targeting

When I target my image screens component, Context Hub doesn't get swapped out.

This is the expected outcome.

If I enable this, context hub doesn't work.

Is this expected? Do they not work with each other?

Is there any specific reason you are using contexthub and Adobe Target on the same instance?

If you are already using Target, I don't see any usecase when you would still need to use contexthub.
