content versioning when synching content via VLT

so I synced content between 2 environments and I cannot see the previous versions on the destination environment.

I used

vlt rcp -b 100 -r -u -n

to sync.

Any ideas on what I could've done wrong?

I don't think so vlt would take care of versioning as well.

To move conte t with version you need to use crx2oak tool
