@manu_mathew_ Thanks for proposing this idea. This has been reported to the engineering under the internal reference ASSETS-54191. The product team will triage this request to verify feasibility based on the prioritization model. This post will be updated according to Jira's status.

@manu_mathew_ Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and Public Link Sharing were delivered in Content Hub as part of the 2025.5.0 release (see release notes: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/release-notes/release-notes/2025/release-notes-2025-5-0).

Additionally, see Experience League documentation for next steps on enabling ABAC in CH (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/content-hub/attribute-based-access-control).

How about selecting multiple assets within collection and sharing them as a link?

@ssahni1 Sharing of multiple assets within a collection is also supported.

As of today, the ABAC feature is partially available - releases later July via Adobe support ticket and Spreadsheets, Expecting the self service later in the end on 2025. Also expecting a filter based permission management as ABAC applies only for assets with delivery target as "content hub".
