Completed Translation Download Delay

We are using Smartling with AEM Translation Integration.

We consistently see jobs upload to Smartling processed within minutes and ready for download and then the delay starts. 

The completed translations seem to always take at a minimum 20 minutes to be pulled in by AEM.

If you have had a similar experience or have information on what needs to be configured for translations to be returned quicker, please assist. We have talked with Adobe and have not received any help.

Hi, 


Are you running this on AEMaaCS, or is it on-premise? Have you checked the logs to see if there are any ERROR or INFO messages that could be useful in understanding whether this is triggering some other processing?

    We are running 6.5.14 On-Prem.

    And we have reviewed logs very closely and have not been able to identify any reason for the delay.
