Comments moderation from SocoAdmin

When I try to reply to comments from socoadmin I see an error "An error occurred while posting reply." On investigating i found this condition in CollabAdmin.js file. Don't know the exact reason for this error or what service is getting triggered when doing it. Can anyone help?

You are getting this because URL call returned invalid response. You need to check the call in firebug or chrome dev tools.

It might be failing some where or not returning the valid response.

Also  check in error.log for any exceptions.
