Did you upgrade from 6.0 to 6.1?

In 6.0,

http://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-0/develop/ref/javadoc/com/adobe/cq/social/commons/client/api/SocialCollectionComponentFactory.html

In 6.1,

http://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/ref/javadoc/com/adobe/cq/social/scf/SocialCollectionComponentFactory.html
