Client Context-How to save each user with a unique id?

Using Client Context say if 1,00,000 users are accessing the site and am planning to save the users with a unique id.

How can I save it in client context also is there any limit ok key value pairs?

client context is client side, even if 10000000 access site each user have one id only. Nothing to worry here.
