Can anyone help? I've tried to extend the Checkbox form component, and I've done everything to make it work

've tried to extend the Checkbox form component, and I've done everything to make it work. I just want to add a tooltip description to each item. However, even when I extended the Java core, it is not displaying anything. Any help?

    No it didn't solve the problem
