Author Instance not accessible using HTTPS protocol

Hi Everyone,

I have my author instance, where Security certificates are installed and I was able to access it via HTTPS protocol.

Recently, my server stopped working and I need to restart the instance. Since, after the restart - I am not able to access the instance using HTTPS protocol and it is accessible only via HTTP protocol.

When I checked about the certiifcates using the below URLS, I can see the SSL ceritificate is active and valid - 

http://<server_IP>:4502/libs/granite/security/content/userEditor.html/home/users/system/security/ssl-service

Also, in configuration, I can see the port number as correct - http://<SERVER_IP>:4502/system/console/configMgr

Basically, these URLs should work with HTTPS protocol as well, which is not the case. If any pointers, please do mention here. Thanks for your time already!
