Assets for the page were not automatically activated with the rest of the page after workflow is approved.

There were many assets (Thumbnails, images and videos) on the page. These assets of the page were not automatically activated with the rest of the page after workflow was approved. We manually went in and activated the assets but when the page was originally published only the thumbnail images in the gallery were published. The Brightcove video image thumbnail that links to the actual video in Brightcove was not activated, so when clicking the thumbnail on the page the video would not load, nor were the full size images in the image gallery.
