Assessment Migration Tool - Where to download

Trying to download crx2oak from below link

but repo displays the following to me

Goal is get assessment tool to analyze and pull out report from AEM 6.4 to 6.5 migration

Adobe Repo is down from last 2 month so you are not able to download the package here and it gives the error.

Please check the below thread regarding same issue:

I will suggest to raise a ticket with Adobe Support and they will be able to help in the meantime.
