Api to fetch users who downloaded assets

Hi,

Use case is to send notification email (From Dam Author) for the downloaded Assets which are expiring in near future date.

Do we have any API available to programmatically query and fetch the downloaded assets data along with user info such as asset name, sha,  user name, email address,  etc.
