Any other way to upload package instead from package manager

Hi All,

I want to know is there any other way to upload package(static content) zip ,instead from package manager.When i am uploading package(17 GB) it's taking time to complete whole operation.

Please help me in this regard.

create a directory named "install" below the "crx-quickstart" repository and place the file there. Be aware, that the content of the package is only installed, but not the package itself.
