Android App letterboxing appears white

Hi,

So we are building a version of an iOS app into Android. We left the same size ratio 4:3 to be resized when it appears on Android with letterboxing for the different screen sizes. I read somewhere (in the adobe help) that the letterboxing will consist of black bars. But on our test device an Samsung Nexus, the letterboxing appears white. Is there somewhere we can select it to be black or is that native to the device and that coloring will depend on the device?

Hi Cindy,

In DPS 2015 the letterboxing is white, not black. We do hope to provide a configuration option for this in the future, but for now white is the only option.
