ALC-DSC-099-000: com.adobe.idp.dsc.DSCException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error received while making Service call to AEM. Http Error code =500

Hi 

I am getting the error in AEM 6.4 Workbench when trying to create an archive of an application  :

 

ALC-DSC-099-000: com.adobe.idp.dsc.DSCException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error received while making Service call to AEM. Http Error code =500

 

has anyone experienced this and have a solution please ?

Can you give your source code and complete error log trace?

    Thanks for you reply , the link you gave we have already tried it does not solve the issue. The scenario is, as stated via AEM workbench, we are trying to archive an application but it throws the error, listed above within the workbench application.

    thanks, no source code or trace, as it is just trying to create an archive of an application with in workbench (JEE not OSGI) the error posted is the error that pops up within the workbench application. Will check if we can share more information from the logs.
