Hi all,

i have created two user author and content admin in workflow and i am using 6.3

Question 1st:

i have created content approval workflow author can see in archive all history display but content admin is not able to see this history in archive tab it is empty what should i do?

 

Question 2nd:

i have created content approval workflow suppose author is changing some content of pages request go to content admin for publication so is it possible content admin can see this page changes what author has changed on pages.

regarding your 1st question it is most likely a permission on /var/workflow/instances.


Regarding your second question: what do you mean with "what has changed ..."? Are you interested in the Diff-View (check https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/sites/page-authoring/page-diff-feature-video-use.html?lang=en#comparing-page-versions for a howto)?

    Thanks in question 1st there are no found any instances /var/workflow we can see only in etc folder same thing so how can give permission for approver also can see history in archive tab
