AEM Upgrade - AEM 6.4 (On-prem) to AMS 6.5

Hello, We need to upgrade from AEM 6.4 (On-Prem, AWS Cloud) to Adobe Managed Service AEM 6.5. Currently we have approx. 7k Pages and 30K assets in existing environment .

 

  1. Can someone suggest how we can do content synch from AEM 6.4 (On-Prem, AWS Cloud) to Adobe Managed Service AEM 6.5 ? 
  2. Can Adobe CSE will help us here if they are also providing some utility for content synch?

I think you can ask directly adobe support about utility, please open a support ticket and ask for this.
