How can we upgrade from AEM 6.2 to 6.4 version directly? I am facing issues in content migration while following the official documentation.

One should refer to Adobe's documentation for Upgrades. In case of issues, please seek support from Adobe via Support tickets.
You would need troubleshooting, fine-tuning various params and multiple upgrades until you finalize the steps that best suite your instance.
