AEM Touch UI DAM getting Refereshed when is asset is uploaded

When ever I upload the asset in the dam the admin section gets refreshed each time. Is this is the product issue?

No it's not a bug. If you add/upload an image to the assets console, it would refresh to show the current state of the folder with new files added

Which AEM version are you using and which admin section are you referring to? A screenshot would be really helpful.
