Hi, I got a lisence key for AEM trial version. I tried the steps below several times.

However, I am stuck with the step #1 and cannot go forward.

A browser launched but “Startup in progress” stays so long and do not switch to the next page.

**************************

To start your AEM instance:

  1. Double-click on the .jar file to launch it. A browser page will launch to complete the registration process.
  2. Click the checkbox to accept the End User License Agreement
  3. Enter your name in the "Customer Name" field
  4. Copy and paste the above license key into the "License Key" field
  5. Press the Register button

Hi

Apart from what Lokesh had mentioned,

Please refer to Getting Started documentation:- https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/cq/5-6-1/getting_started/download_and_startworking.html and https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/deploy/command-line-start-and-stop.html

I hope this will help you.

Hi,

1.What is your computer/laptop configuration in terms of RAM etc ?

2. In the same folder where you have your .jar file, has a folder named 'crx-quickstart' is created ? If so, can you check the log files and see if there are any errors ?

3. what is your .jar file name ?

You can also refer [1] and see if that works
