AEM Smart Crop Issues - Asset does not exist or user does not have the necessary access permissions.

Hi All,

We are getting below error when clicking on Smart crop

Below steps was done for smart crop setup

1. Dynamic media configuration is done and success

2. Image profile is created with smart crop option and applied to a folder

3. Uploaded the image to the folder and when clicked on smartcrop on the asset and getting above error.

AEM version: 6.5.8

Kindly help on to resolve the issue.

Attaching one more screenshot for Image uploading after image profile is updated to the DAM folder

getting this error, while uploading asset to DAM folder

Level 3

The folder name what you have created under /content/dam should match the scene7 company root folder name.
