AEM Shared Segment store

Hi Experts,

 

We are using AEM on-premise environment and  want to configure the Segment store as shared between two instance. 

Here question is is it possible to keep shared segment store between two AEM instance?

 

We have tried but one instance is getting up and running but when trying to start the second instance with same share segment store then it is not getting up and no error.

Datastore can definitely be shared. But, as per my knowledge, not segment store. I would request you to raise an Adobe Ticket.

 

Hopefully meanwhile other community members would be able to guide
