AEM license for a developer

Hi,

I wanted to sell some components/widgets online, I don't want to host anything on AEM, just do development. Does Adobe offer any kind of licence for developers (I am a contractor and I have got my limited company) or is it just for big companies.

    This form has been moved, and I cant find any way to get a local developers install unfortunately.
